Hello everyone! I just wanted to quickly show you this poem I wrote for this English assignment. I wrote two poems but I might show you the other one another time. This poem is called - A View. It's mainly what the title is! I hope you like it because I think I did a good job with this poem. Enjoy!
A step out onto the balcony
I’ve come upon a view
The view is so soothing
All I’m saying is true
Ahead I see so very clear
A bunch of green trees
All clumped together
I watch and relax with ease
In the midst of it surrounded by the green
Something that is blue and still
I realise that it’s middle harbor
My relaxation is fulfilled
I tilt my head towards the clouds
And look across the sky
I see a flock of beautiful birds
In synchronization they fly
It’s cold because it’s early morning
A chill goes up my spine
But hopefully soon it will be warmer
When the sun will come out and shine
