Evil plan

I think the teachers are hatching an evil plan to make us work so hard that we are too tired to ask annoying questions like "Is God real?" and "Can you explain that again" and "Why do you have a great honking pimple?". Ok so I would only ask the fist two. I am currently in an overload of work so consequently I am in procrastinate mode. Don't expect a steady stream of blogs from me (hahaha there isn't even a stream normally, maybe just a trickle on good days...) as I since I am the eldest out of everyone here I have the most work and assignments to do.
Okay I have to go and work my butt off some more. Oh I just saw 10 things I hate about you for the first time. It was actually really good, I liked the characters and it was funny although the plot was slightly/very predictable. Ahhhh Heath Ledger.... How curly your hair was.

Hey. Miss Faboo here! I know I haven't done a blog in a while. This is only a quick one so sorry. Ohhhh Its okay Fab. I wasn't offended or angry with you at all! I mean, I guess it got on my nerves a little bit about how you got grumpy at me for not liking it. Percy Jackson!

Hello everyone!!! Miss Faboo here! Here is a short review on the movie - PERCY JACKSON!! I thought the movie was quite similar to the book in my opinion. There were some parts that were added and some that were left out. I guess the movie has to be a bit different to the book. Here are some things that I LOVED about Percy Jackson.

• There were an excellent amount of action.
• The effects were cool.
• The characters were played very well eg. Uma Thurman was awesome as Medusa!!
• The plot was interesting and easy to understand.
• The Greek Mythology was interesting.
• The movie had comedy.
• Logan Lerman as Percy Jackson - SWOON!!!
• IT IS AN AMAZING MOVIE!!!!

I am easily impressed so I just love so many things!!! Especially PERCY JACKSON!!! I just love it!!! By the way, today my mum and I went to look for the Percy Jackson books but since the movie came out, the books have been flying off the shelves. So I ordered the 5 books and it should come in about a week. I am so excited!!! I have read the first one from a friend so I am just waiting to read the second book. Oh and I am not going to do an odd fact because this blog is dedicated to Percy Jackson. Thats all for now!! Bye!

Percy Jacko

So I watched Percy Jackson yesterday. Oh, yo want me to summarize it up in two words? Ok here it goes.
Epic. Fail.
In that order.
I know I know that I am going to get flamed at by Miss Faboo but seriously. I am a hardcore fan of the book which is awesome (every time someone sees the movie and doesn't read the book a teddy bear dies). To be fair I should list all the reasons why I didn't like the movie, because there were several reasons why I don't like it besides the fact that I am bitter. Yes I said the 'B' word. I know that you are all thinking it.
Reasons Why I Detested Percy Jackson and the lightening thief the movie

1. They left out all the awesome characters that made the book awesome. Clarissa, Dionosseyess, Ares, Hades.
   
2. It was badly cut. By this I mean the camera shots were not great. I said the guy who directed the 1,2 Harry Potter movie did it. Well the techniques are definitely from the early 2000s'
3. Details were WRONG. There are all the little things that a movie has to have to create the same detail as a book. This is hard BUT POSSIBLE. I will list A SMALL NUMBER of details that they forgot. For Example --------> Pen/sword supposed to be cheapo cap pen NOT gold and click-able. Supposed to re-appear in Percy's Pocket when lost. Called Riptide and has a prophecy that comes with it.
4. It was plain annoying.

So that is some of the reasons why I disliked the movie. To be Fair hre are some features that were okay about the movie. (I am writing these so Fab can't shish-kabbab me next time I see her.)
Reasons why (some) people may like Percy Jackson the movie.

1. The effects are good. (BUT THESE DAYS ALL EFFECTS ARE GOOD... sorry, had to say)
2. Good for little Kids as it is (SLIGHTLY) educational
3. New actors. I know that the actor who plays Percy is probably going acquire a couple new fans. Mostly of the female variety.
   

So that are the reasons why you should/shouldn't see the movie. This is completely my own opinion so if you think it rocks-your-stripy-socks-off. Whatever.

As you all know I have a high expectation of movies but I think I am going to keep my mind open for this one. I think it should be taken into account that it was directed by the guy who did Harry Potter 1 and 2. and that it is a book turn movie.

Homemade Jelly Cells

Hey! Miss Faboo here for a quick blog. I have to get back to my homework so I am typing very fast. Just a few minutes ago I made a Homemade Jelly Cell for science. It was a little fun thing to do for homework. We needed jelly, marshmallows, jellybeans and toffees for it. We had to put it in small zip lock bags. It was cool. We had to take a picture of it and print it for the next science class. Then when the jelly has set - we can eat the cells!!! How cool is that! Sorry but I really have to go now!! I know this was a short blog but I will do a better one soon when I have more time and more things to talk about!! Bye!!

Hi!! Miss Faboo here!!! Today I saw the Percy Jackson movie with some friends!!! It was awesome!!!!! I loved every minute of it!!!! It was very similar to the book, it had great action, it was funny at times and the guy that acts as Percy Jackson - HOT!!!!!! So I am seeing the movie again with Fern and Fexi next week!!!! YAY!!!! Oh and after the movie me and my friends had lunch and I had my first whole sushi!!!! And I found it really yummy!!!!! I didnt like sushi at first and I have had little bits here and there but today I had a whole sushi all to myself. My mum bought more for my dinner tonight and for lunch tomorrow!!! I gotta go now cuz I am watching Charmed again!! TTFN!! Ta Ta for now!!!

Finished Buffy!!

Hello my friends! Miss Faboo here!! Right now I am sitting on my bed writing this blog while waiting for everyone to come to my house because as Fexi said It's Chinese New Year! Everyone is having dinner at my house! Finally we are entertaining! I have been waiting so long for people to come to my house! Hi Hi!! Miss Faboo here!! I was on the computer so I thought I might as well write a blog!! Here I am writing to you! I wanted to talk to you about So You Think You Can Dance!!! (BTW my title stands for it) It was on last night I think it was soooooo amazing!!!!!! One of the best shows and dances!! I forgot how awesome the show is!! My fave dance of the show last night was a contemporary dance that is inspired by vampires (Twilight). It was so phenomenal! I didnt like it just because of vampires. I thought that the choreography was fantastic, the costumes and make-up were cool and the dancers were just superb!! I also loved the music to the dance. It is called 'Uprising' by Muse. You should have a listen to it. I am right now! I am also on the SYTYCD website watching the dances again. Some other dances I liked was the Jazz Trio who danced to Tik Tok and the Top 10 boys dance. They were cool! I loved them all! I should go now! I will blog soon! Cya!

Hello everyone!! Miss Fab live here! So this is a very quick blog because I have to get back to homework soon! I wasn't so sure about Fern's exact theme. Do explain what it is. I probably didn't understand your high standard vocab.......Tonight is So You Think You Can Dance!!!! Just wanted to say! It's an awesome show!!! Anyway! I also wanted to say that I have finished the Percy Jackson book!!! OMG it's amazing!!! The movie is coming out tomorrow and Im going to see it with some friends this Sunday and then again next Sunday with Fern, Fex and others! BTW Fern, im not sure if you saw the really short trailer of the Percy Jackson movie. It's cuz the really short one is him going up the elevator to the 600th floor. There isn't any other scenes besides that. But the longer trailers I think are spectacular! I have a music recommendation for you! It's by the Black Eyed Peas and its called 'Showdown' Its from their new album and I think it has a good beat and its easy to dance to! Let me know what you think! Thats if you want to! Youtube and other mildly intresting things

Hello.
Yes I am still alive.
Ok so I have been back at school and I have been stressed more then usual, not because of the normal things such as electives, new teachers and new classes but also the fact that my friend is leaving for England to live there. I of course am very happy for her as this is the choice that she made but in the wake of her choice was alot of gift buying, arranging farewell parties and general angrey/sad-ness. This is mainly because she isleaveng about 5 months and 3 weeks before she said she would. But now the excuse part of my blog is over and I will talk about Youtube.
Youtube for me is a place where I watch several tv series such as Fillmore, RFR, Total drama island/action and other tv shows I enjoy. I also have several favorite vloggers like meekakitty, charlieissocoollike, haleyghoover and several others. I recomend that you go watch some of their videos because they are very intresting/humourous.
Moving on to other people's blogs.
To miss Faboo and notes on her current obsession with Percy Jackson.Most of you know that Percy Jackson and the lightening thief is going to be released really soon. to tell you the truth I think the trailer sucks. What is so appealing about a guy going up an elevator. Great. 1 and half hours of elevator music. Now I know this is going to bring on angry and maybe(opefully) contradictions when we finally see it. Faboo, me and fex. Now I know this is probably going to be another phase with miss faboo and I now know her well enough that it will fade probably after a few months. (three words Twilight, Hannah Montanna) But can I input this first before the hyperbolised words of "biggest fan" "love" and "best" are foreshadowing the next couple of months. I was a fan first.

Hey! Miss Faboo here!!!! OMG!!! You should see what I just got!! So this is what happened. Today after school my mum took me home. Hey peeps! Miss Fab here! Just a quick blog to catch up on stuff. Well as you know I am reading the Percy Jackson book and I think it is just AMAZING!!! I haven't finished the book because im kinda busy with school work and stuff but I will finish it soon!! The book has made me LOVE history class! Before I quite liked history class but now i think it is awesome! Right now we are learning about the Middle Ages but what I REALLY want to learn about are the GREEK GODS!! I find them so fascinating! All this excitement is from the Percy Jackson book! You know what is really sweet? As you know I love the tv show Buffy the Vampire Slayer and my friend found this Buffy the Vampire Calender! She said that when she found it she thought of me! Then she bought it for me! How sweet is that!!! That I why I am going to give her double pressies on her bday!!! But seriously, what a nice thought! I know this is random but im just gonna write this anyway!
